The full-service transactional and litigation firm Shackelford, McKinley & Norton has bolstered its corporate law expertise with the addition of partners in Dallas and Houston.
Joining the firm’s Dallas office is transactions attorney Frank C. Ehman III. Real estate litigator Nathan Vrazel joins the Houston office.

Mr. Ehman represents entrepreneurs and privately held businesses in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, entity structuring/reorganizations, corporate governance and general business matters. He also provides estate planning services, ranging from a simple will to family limited partnerships and complex trust structures.
A graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, he is a former supervising attorney for the Social Security Administration.
Mr. Vrazel represents landowners and developers in real estate litigation and title disputes, assists companies in insurance and contract litigation, and defends businesses in negligence, products liability, wrongful death and real estate-based litigation matters. His practice focuses on resolving title defects and disputes affecting land, as well as litigating claims on behalf of property owners against governmental entities that have infringed upon their constitutional property rights.
A graduate of the South Texas College of Law, he is a former Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Tennessee, where he litigated criminal cases in federal court and coordinated criminal investigations with federal and local law enforcement agencies. Before joining the Department of Justice, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Shelby County District Attorney General’s Office in Memphis, Tennessee.
