Rodeo Realty Adds Another 40 Realtors to Its Roster

Independent Beverly Hills brokerage welcomes a wave of new agents this summer, many of them making the move from other firms

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, UNITED STATES, September 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Rodeo Realty, the independent Southern California brokerage founded by Syd Leibovitch, has added 40 new agents to its roster since early June. The growth reaches nearly every corner of the company, with new agents joining offices from Beverly Hills and Brentwood to Westlake Village and Northridge.

The summer hiring surge comes while much of the real estate industry is working through a demanding market, with shifting rates, cautious buyers, and changes to how agents are compensated. Instead of pulling back, Rodeo Realty has become a destination for agents looking for a stronger platform. Many of this summer’s new agents came to Rodeo Realty from other brokerages.
